January 29, 2009 Vermont: Woman pleads guilty in animal neglect case, which included cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, goats, and roughly 60 horses. I hope she has learned not to take on more animals than she can handle, but i get thefeeling the recession hit her hard too, as I'm sure it has with most shelters, however she should have reach out for help sooner when she saw she was in trouble.
